Return Eligibility

We accept returns within30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• Free from odors, stains, scratches, or damage
• Returned with all original packaging, dust bags, tags, and accompanying materials

Because our products are handcrafted from natural materials, slight variations in color, grain, and scale patterns are considered part of the product's unique character and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized products
• Made-to-order items
• Clearance or final sale merchandise
• Gift cards
• Products showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage after delivery

How to Request a Return

• Your order number
• Full name
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

Returns must be approved before shipment. Items returned without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for all returns. Summit & Selva is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
