Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, Summit & Selva may require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us atinfo@summitandselva.com and we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
